A well-recognised top tier firm in Kent are looking to recruit a new qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. They continued to be recognised and awarded for their legal excellence in both Chambers and Legal 500 across various departments, as well as lawyers being ranked for their outstanding reputation and high-quality service provided. They are a full serviced firm with multiple offices across Kent with over 100 specialist lawyers across their offices.
The department works with a variety of commercial clients including but not limited to individuals, businesses, house builders and developers, pension funds, restaurants, retailers, lenders, charities, local authorities and other public sector organisations.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive and have experience working in Commercial Property;
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities;
- A sense of initiative and enthusiasm;
- Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate;
- Confidences and ability to communicate to a high standard;
- Competent IT skills.
