Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Associate *Employment* role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established senior corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm.

The role -

  • Act as a trusted advisor providing expert employment legal advice both:

to clients; and where required, internally.

  • Handle a wide range of quality contentious and non-contentious work, including employee relations advice, drafting bespoke contracts and other key documentation.
  • Learn more about the Managed Service Provider, and broader technology, world, get training from the experienced team on legal issues specific to the market
  • Oversee matters without supervision. Manage client accounts, relationships, matter finances, and communications.
  • Generate and maintain template agreements and policies
  • Be proactive and adept at engaging across functions and supporting other areas where necessary, and communicating with and managing relationships at senior level.
  • Identify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions.

Role - Senior Associate

Officer Location - Kent (Ideally looking for someone who can come to the office twice a month)
