Join this prestigious regional firm as the newest Senior Associate in their Estates & Tax Planning team, based in Tunbridge Wells.They're after an experienced solicitor, with particular experience in tax planning, who could benefit from injecting some variety into their career in the form of a shiny new position within a first-tier ranked team. They are also open to an experienced private client lawyer who is considering specialising further into this sphere of the law.
This Senior Associate role will encompass the process of tax planning; supporting high and ultra-high net worth clients with complex assets, some of which have international elements. Your role will be to help loyal clients future proof and minimise tax liabilities with the use of appropriate structures, while bringing in your own clients, too.
For this Senior Associate role, you will ideally have:- At least 6 years of post-qualification experience (as a UK-qualified Solicitor or legal executive).
- Proven experience within Private Client law, with a particular focus on pre-death matters (ideally tax planning).
