We have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join an industry leading organisation in Paddock Wood. This is an opportunity to join a company with a genuine family feel that offer a strong benefits package with flexible working patterns to ensure their employees have good work/life balance and well-being. Due to the continuous growth of the company, they are now looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to join their Logistics team. The new employee will receive full training on joining and will have the support of an experienced team.

Duties:

  • Planning and arranging the international transportation of products using external partners
  • Achieving best cost and delivery time for shipments with effective negotiation
  • Accurate compilation of all Customs Documentation and reports required
  • Resolving any logistics issues or delays in transport
  • Keeping customers updated on the status on their order and resolving any issues
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with EU and Global regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience working to deadlines while multi tasking
  • Experience working with Incoterms would be an advantage
  • Understanding of import and export procedures, Brexit Regulations
