Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN1
Salary: OTE-£40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is an amazing opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading, local Lettings Agent with offices in the Tunbridge Wells area.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling property.
The right candidate will be well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to be successful.
In addition, you will be passionate about delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded for your skill, ability and teamwork.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Residential Sales) role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area helpful
- Full driving license and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Lettings
- A desire to succeed!
