Are you AAT Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, a whizz with Xero accountancy software and want to work mainly from home?
Our client is looking for a part time Finance Assistant who can do the following:
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- VAT returns
- Supplying information to external accountant
- Managing employee expense claims
Ideally you will also be intermediate in MS Excel including Pivot Tables and VLookups.
Hours are 20 hours a week ideally 4 hours a day - 5 days a week but could be flexible but would require the hours to be used across 5 days due to daily main reconciliations and credit control. There is a requirement to go to the offices in Tunbridge Wells at least once a month so will need to be within a commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells and also own a car due to the location.
