Compliance Officer

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Compliance Advisor for a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Stoke. The candidate must be able to assist in maintaining and developing complience polices within the company

Role:

• Management of Company Business Systems including ISO 9001
• Production of Manuals, Procedure and other relevant documentation
• Production and implementation of Audit Programmes
• Auditing Integrated Management Systems
• Staff Management
• Production and analysis of Management Reports
• Maintenance of company accreditations
• Liaison with clients and external bodies
• Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety and Environment standards

Requirements:

• Must have Internal ISO 9001 Auditor
• Lead 45001 Lead Auditor is desirable but not essential.
• Leadership and Management skills
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Self motivated and Good Communicator
• Excellent organisational and Problem solving skills
• High levels of accuracy and Process writing
