O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Compliance Advisor for a Civil Engineering Contractor based in Stoke. The candidate must be able to assist in maintaining and developing complience polices within the company
Role:
- Management of Company Business Systems including ISO 9001
- Production of Manuals, Procedure and other relevant documentation
- Production and implementation of Audit Programmes
- Auditing Integrated Management Systems
- Staff Management
- Production and analysis of Management Reports
- Maintenance of company accreditations
- Liaison with clients and external bodies
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety and Environment standards
Requirements:
- Must have Internal ISO 9001 Auditor
- Lead 45001 Lead Auditor is desirable but not essential.
- Leadership and Management skills
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Self motivated and Good Communicator
- Excellent organisational and Problem solving skills
- High levels of accuracy and Process writing
