Now Hiring: Production Operatives (Nights) Bourne PE10
Location: Bourne, Lincs
Shift: 7 PM to 3 AM
Pay Rate: 11.96 per hour
Role Purpose:
To safely and efficiently unload inbound containers, palletise products, and ensure items are correctly located in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unload and palletise inbound containers.
* Inspect pallet quality and dispose of damaged pallets appropriately.
* Prepare and wrap products and pallets for storage.
* Ensure proper pallet stacking and configuration, with no mixed products on pallets.
* Perform pre-shift checks on equipment and complete necessary paperwork.
* Ensure equipment is charged and stored correctly at the end of the shift.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work space daily.
* Participate in quarterly stock takes, working safely as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
* Willingness to adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
* Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
