Our fantastic client based in Twickenham are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join their small, friendly team.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing exceptional support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate staff.

  • Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Provide general administrative support to senior staff and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
