We are looking for a enthusiastic surveyor to attend client properties to assess the type of work required in installing a replacement boiler/associated controls and materials as necessary or a full heating survey for complete installations of wet central heating system, complete with scale drawing of boiler and radiator positions, covering Southeast of England

Salary starts at 45,000 plus company van

Main Duties:

  • Ensure high quality of installations and workmanship for team members
  • Quality control of work to ensure it is completed to clients standards
  • To assess residents/Clients needs with regard to type of boiler/system to be fitted
  • To complete job administration from site, forwarding to install office survey form complete with overview of materials required to complete works

Qualifications

  • ACS qualifications
  • Competence in IT system
  • good customer service skills
  • Clean DBS and rivers License
  • Coaching and training skills
