Mason & Dale Recruitment is excited to partner again with an innovative events business. We are seeking a Fluent French Marketing Manager for one of their most established shows. This company offers significant opportunities to advance your marketing career.

The role involves developing and delivering the marketing strategy for the largest event in Paris. You will work across the full marketing mix, nurture and develop a diverse and inclusive team, and promote the event to French delegates and exhibitors.

Salary: £43K-45K + £5K Bonus

Role: Work with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Event Director, and team to develop and implement the event's marketing strategy, promoting it to French-speaking delegates and exhibitors. Execute of the marketing campaign with support from Marketing Executives, ensuring all elements meet performance criteria.

Lead the creative process for marketing materials, and collaborate with the sales team on campaigns to drive client growth and retention. Develop audience plans ensuring that communications reflect event positioning, and foster partnerships to promote the event and increase registrations. Implement targeted paid media campaigns and community-building strategies.

Manage marketing budgets and databases while providing accurate reporting. Oversee the registration process for visitors and delegates, ensuring revenue generation and effective pricing strategies. Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, encouraging collaboration and performance across all teams.
