Kenny Recruit are delighted to be recruiting for a Client Services Executive for a brilliant company based in West London. We've happily recruited for this company for a number of years and always receive excellent employee feedback. Our client are a growing marketing communications company and this role will be integral to maintaining their high customer service ratings.
This is an exciting role and needs someone who has confidence in their communication, organisation and administration skills. You will be responsible for ensuring clients campaigns are booked correctly, service Level agreements are achieved, and daily reporting is delivered on time. You will also work closely with customers and the operations and sales team to deliver world class customer Service.
Pay: Up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 10% discretionary bonus + benefitsLocation: Richmond (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Working in partnership with colleagues and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive a World Class Customer Service
- Accurately inputting all information in to various systems
- Ensuring all bookings are completed and in agreed deadlines
- Reviewing jobs booked on the online platform, address simple booking errors, feedback to clients or pass for further Account Management action
- Dealing with FAQ from clients
- Manage user sign ups and assist with onboarding process
- Passing Credit Limit warnings to Accounts Dept
- Dealing with Artwork/Delivery Date changes and job cancellations, ensuring these are correctly informed to internal to all departments and systems
- Receive/create job proofs for internal checking, then pass to client for approval in agreed deadlines
- Performing internal job sign off and approval processes as requested in agreed deadlines
- Process customer data download, GPS / Royal Mail completion report requests
- Keeping up to date with products and services so that they can be fully explained to customers
- Setting supplied address data ready for mailing
- Setting up print documents in line with the job requirements
- Mailsorting address data as required
- Creating client reports
- Other tasks as required
