Are you a highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills in the insurance industry? 

Our client, a leading personal lines insurance broker, is seeking two talented Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic motor insurance team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email interactions
  • Prioritise and process customer inquiries efficiently
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their motor insurance policies
  • Make outbound calls to customers to address policy queries and provide updates
  • Process incoming communications from third parties to ensure accurate records
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What you'll need:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly motor insurance
  • Strong Customer service telephone skills, including both inbound and outbound calls
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A friendly, patient, and helpful demeanor
  • A team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What would be great, but not essential:

  • CII qualification
  • Experience with Open GI software

    • Early shift: 08:30 - 17:30
