Sonic Summary

An expanding insurance company in the Twickenham area is seeking Customer Service / Insurance Advisors to start in December 2024 or early January 2025.
The position offers a salary of £24,000 per annum and full training along with excellent career development opportunities.
While experience in the insurance industry is desirable, it is not essential; telephone experience and excellent communication skills are required.
Candidates should be friendly, patient, and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The work schedule includes Monday to Friday shifts, with early hours from 08:30 to 17:30 and late hours from 10:00 to 19:00, plus every third Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.

Skills and experience required:

Experience in the insurance industry desirable but not essential
Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Friendly, patient and helpful
Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience within motor insurance

Hours:

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.

Early - 08:30 - 17:30

Late - 10:00 - 19:00

Every Third Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
