Sonic Summary

An expanding insurance company in Twickenham is seeking Customer Service/Insurance Advisors with immediate vacancies available.
The position offers a salary of £23,000 per annum plus bonuses, along with full training and excellent career development opportunities.
While experience in the insurance industry is desirable, it is not essential; however, telephone experience with inbound and outbound calls is required.
Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, with early shifts from 08:30 to 17:30 and late shifts from 10:00 to 19:00, including every third Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.

Skills and experience required:

Experience in the insurance industry desirable but not essential
Telephone experience of inbound and outbound calls
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Friendly, patient and helpful
Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience within motor insurance
Experience of using OpenGI

Hours:

Monday to Friday, early or a late shift.

Early - 08:30 - 17:30

Late - 10:00 - 19:00

Every Third Saturday 09:00 - 15:00
