Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Due Diligence Assistant for a market-leading due diligence and investigations company based in Twickenham.

You will be responsible for the administrative duties pertaining to the due diligence function which oversees the client Citizenship By Investment workload. Support the Due Diligence Manager by fulfilling regular admin roles but also react to, and complete ad hoc requests. This team has a very busy workload, and the ability to work and respond in a timely manner under pressure and act calmly is essential.

Location - Twickenham (office based)

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Regularly oversee the allocation of reports to Researchers and Analysts, and their nominated Supervisor. Monitor and update Manager re targets achieved.
  • Work closely with accounts department to ensure performance data is available to both accounts and due diligence teams.
  • Oversee and update the Due Diligence Manager re agreed performance targets for staff.
  • Monitor and approve the timesheets for permanent and temporary staff.
  • Oversight and maintenance of communication, documentation and storage retention of Due diligence function.
  • Oversight of minutes and actions from meetings
  • Support the admin duties relating to overseas trips - client liaison, accommodation and flights, merchandise, training schedules and follow up literature
  • Support the maintenance of the Case Management System (CMS) - regularly update data to export and import into CMS. This includes:

o Obtaining and preparing data for submission

o Ensuring correct exports and imports are running

o Review of data, and follow up with suitable Manager/staff member re any omission/anomalies

  • Support and oversee any additional admin duties that arise and require attention and prioritisation.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Curious, inquisitive and a willingness to learn and progress with the DD industry.
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, with a methodical approach when dealing with various information sources.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • High level of IT literacy with a high level of confidence using Microsoft Office products, in particular Microsoft Excel and associated functionality.
  • Highly organised.

Desirable:

  • University educated
