Level 3 Qualified Practitioner – Richmond – Immediate Start

We are partnering with an outstanding nursery school in Richmond to find a new Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for their team, with the goal of a permanent start as soon as possible. This nursery provides a bright, open-plan setting that promotes children's growth and development, along with excellent opportunities for training and skill advancement. This is an all-year round position.

The Role As a Level 3 practitioner in this supportive and inclusive environment, you will be responsible for assisting children from birth to five years old. Your duties will include creating a safe and enriching educational space, where a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is crucial. Additionally, this position allows you to creatively use resources to inspire and elevate the children's learning experiences.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
