Matters you will advise on and assist clients with as a Contentious Probate Solicitor, include:

Estate disputes including domicile
Will validity challenges
Inheritance Act 1975 claims
TLATA disputes
Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice
Contested Court of Protection
