Kenny Recruit are delighted to be recruiting for a Production Assistant (predominantly administration duties) for one of our favourite clients, who are a marketing and communications business.
In this role you will look after all administration for the production team, such as managing the database, compiling reports and keeping on top of stock levels. There will be opportunities to learn different skills and become more skilled within an advertising setting.
This is an exciting role and needs someone who has confidence in their admin skillset. After all, you will manage the admin department for the production team!
Pay: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + 10% bonus + benefitsLocation: Richmond (Ideally 4 days in the office but will consider applications looking for 3 days in the office)Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Support Production Manager with print room operations across data, mapping, print, finishing and enclosing
- Allocating and ordering stock from internal Management Information System
- Completing daily reports such as collection requests and Royal Mail OBA
- Generate client reports following job completion
- Completing daily reports such as completion and GPS reports
- Setting up address data ready for mailing
- Setting up print documents in line with the job requirements
- Mailsorting address data as required
- Creating client reports
- Logging of direct mail and raising postal dockets on Royal Mail online business account
- Support shop floor team in running printers, enclosing and finishing equipment
- Other ad hoc business requests
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good excel skills
- Organised and can work at fast pace
- Digital print knowledge and / or database knowledge - excel or access
