About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting young people affected by substance misuse? We are seeking a Health and Well-being Practitioner to work directly with young people who have been or are currently in the care system. You will deliver 1:1 interventions, provide training to professionals and parents, and work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to achieve positive outcomes.

About You

? Level 4+ qualification in Youth Work, Social Care, Education, or Substance Misuse? Experience engaging vulnerable young people facing substance misuse, offending, or risk-taking behaviour? Strong multi-agency working and care planning skills? Ability to deliver training and lead interventions? A passion for youth advocacy and making a difference
