We are supporting a company based in Uckfield with recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant paying between 24k-26k Per Annum depending on your experience. If you are proactive, flexible, and personable with a passion for providing customers with an amazing service then we would love to tell you more!

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing exceptional service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Following up on customer queries to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Handling complex customer issues with care and maintaining regular communication until a satisfactory resolution is achieved
  • Managing claims efficiently, ensuring all information is submitted accurately and refunds are processed without delay
  • Updating spreadsheets, documentation, and databases daily
  • Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and supporting with ad hoc tasks when required
  • Liaising with the Marketing team to ensure the FAQ section is accurate and up to date, providing customers with the most current information
  • Providing feedback to relevant departments regarding customer issues or concerns, to ensure the business improves overall customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with the Logistics teams to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and on time
  • Maintaining the highest level confidentiality in all customer interactions and record-keeping

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This is fully office based and due to company location, you must be able to drive.
