On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in producing accurate estimates and costings, helping secure projects and contributing to their successful delivery.

- Up to £45,000
- 20 days holiday + BH

Estimator
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects, including partitions, carpentry, and suspended ceilings.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to understand client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimates.
- Identify and engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
- Perform cost analysis and value engineering to deliver cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bid presentations.
- Monitor market trends, including material costs and labour rates, to ensure accurate pricing.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project delivery strategies.
- Provide support in negotiations with clients to secure contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes, and supporting documents.
EstimatorKey Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or commercial interiors sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and pricing structures.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-outs, particularly partitions, carpentry, and ceilings.
