Our client is a leading provider of high-quality commercial interior fit-outs, specialising in partitions, carpentry, and suspended ceiling services.

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in producing accurate estimates and costings, helping secure projects and contributing to their successful delivery.

Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects, including partitions, carpentry, and suspended ceilings.
  • Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to understand client requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimates.
  • Identify and engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Perform cost analysis and value engineering to deliver cost-effective solutions for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bid presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, including material costs and labour rates, to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project delivery strategies.
  • Provide support in negotiations with clients to secure contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes, and supporting documents.

EstimatorKey Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or commercial interiors sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and pricing structures.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience in commercial interior fit-outs, particularly partitions, carpentry, and ceilings.
