We're looking for dedicated factory workers to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, producing high-quality pet food products. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves, work with raw materials, and be part of a supportive team, this is the job for you! If you have worked in similar role or butchery, it would be an advantage.
Salary: £26,910 per annum (Includes paid lunch, 45 hours/week paid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment, including freezers, to collect and prepare goods.
- Assist in processing raw meat and other ingredients to meet production standards.
- Operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Cross-train across multiple divisions for a varied and engaging role.
What We're Looking For:
- Must Drive - Own transport required due to the remote location.
- Comfortable working in cold environments and handling raw materials.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Flexible to work varying shifts.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
