Business Development / Parts & Service Coordinator
Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday - Part-time
Salary: 30-35k pro rata
Our client seeks a Part-Time Business Development / Parts & Service Coordinator to support their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, business development, and hands-on coordination within the motor trade.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Generating new business - identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
* Managing parts distribution - ensuring technicians have the correct parts for servicing and repairs.
* Handling customer inquiries - taking calls, managing bookings, and delivering excellent service.
* Liaising with suppliers - ordering parts and managing stock levels.
* Providing administrative support - assisting with daily operations to keep things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* A confident and proactive communicator with a passion for building client relationships.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Some knowledge of vehicle parts or the motor trade.
* Proficiency in basic IT systems (emails, spreadsheets, booking systems).
* A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
