Part Time HR Advisor / Uckfield / Human Resources & Personnel

Client Details

A growing Uckfield based organisation are looking to recruit a permanent Part Time HR Advisor.

Description

As Part Time HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Manage HR administration and general queries covering all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Manage starter and leaver processes; including contract issuing, ensuring completion of key documents and adding and processing individuals' information on HR systems and trackers
  • Arranging interviews for recruitment of new staff, carry out onboarding tasks for new starters such as issuing new starter packs, referencing, induction and booking IT equipment
  • Liaising with relevant third party and outsource suppliers ie payroll, benefit providers
  • Ensure offices meet health and safety and environmental requirements and that facilities comply with legislation

Profile

  • HR and/or office experience or experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues across the organisation
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able and willing to support a wide range of activities and solve any problems that arise
  • Flexibility on days and hours worked

Job Offer
