- Case File Oversight: Keep client files orderly and up-to-date with accurate records.
- Diary and Appointment Management: Organise meetings and manage scheduling effectively.
- Client Interaction: Respond to client enquiries and manage telephone communications professionally.
- Property Enquiries: Perform in-depth property searches and compile detailed investigation reports.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as a central point of contact, communicating with clients, legal professionals, and all parties involved.
- Demonstrable experience in private client matters, particularly in wills, probate processes, and preparing lasting powers of attorney.
- Capability to handle your own caseload efficiently with great attention to detail.
- Strong technical knowledge and outstanding organisational abilities.
