Exploring a New Role with a Respected Law Practice?Do you have a background in wills and estate administration?Are you on the lookout for a role that allows autonomy and adaptability in how you manage your day-to-day tasks?We’re currently looking for a skilled Private Client Paralegal to become part of our dynamic and progressive legal team!Main Responsibilities:
  • Support to Senior Staff: Deliver reliable administrative assistance to contribute to the efficient functioning of the department.
  • Legal Document Handling: Draft, revise, and complete various legal paperwork and correspondence with clients.
  • Case File Oversight: Keep client files orderly and up-to-date with accurate records.
  • Diary and Appointment Management: Organise meetings and manage scheduling effectively.
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client enquiries and manage telephone communications professionally.
  • Property Enquiries: Perform in-depth property searches and compile detailed investigation reports.
  • Liaison Duties: Serve as a central point of contact, communicating with clients, legal professionals, and all parties involved.

  • Demonstrable experience in private client matters, particularly in wills, probate processes, and preparing lasting powers of attorney.
  • Capability to handle your own caseload efficiently with great attention to detail.
  • Strong technical knowledge and outstanding organisational abilities.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to excel in a busy legal setting.
