The company:

One of the UK's largest developers delivering schemes between 70-1500 units for the private market and housing associations.

The role:

As an Assistant Site Manager you will be working alongside another Assistant Site Manager and be responsible for delivering internal works packages from 1st fix through to final on circa 35 housing association units. Your duties will include:

  • Management and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Ensuring plots are ready for key stage NHBC inspections.
  • Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions, checking contractor RAMS, performing site inspections and issuing permits to work.
  • Liaising with the Housing Association's Clerk of Works and the NHBC
  • Attending contractor review meetings.
  • Updating the Project Manager on progress.
  • Ordering for the project.

To be successful in this role:

  • At least 1-2 years previous experience in a Supervisory or Management or similar role.

  • First Aid
