Are you a self-motivated, organised Account Manager/ experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge? Do you like working within a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same?

Reporting, invoicing, query resolution, administration and communication are all main areas of the role, so if you like to be busy and you're seeking a new opportunity within a new sector, or looking to build new relationships and skills, perhaps take on more responsibility, this is the opportunity for you!

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Calculating and issuing utility recharges: Obtain key information, prepare monthly re-charge spreadsheets, seek approval, liaise internally with finance to raise charges
  • Monitor and resolve team queries in timely manor
  • Provide progress reports to Management
  • Internal and external communication: Internal and External. You will need to be a confident verbal and written communicator, with the ability to use your own initiate
  • Database management
  • Invoice Validation: Support the team in the validation of utility invoices.
  • Reporting: Work with the wider team to provide reports, giving key information
  • Data Collection - Liaise with third party providers to obtain information for the operational management
