Job Title: Business Development Manager

Do you have a passion for sales and a background in technical product sales or engineering? Our client, a leading company in the field of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales budgets and generate high-quality sales leads

Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales

Key account management and working towards set KPIs

Develop customer visits and build strong relationships with key accounts, agents, and distributors

Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs

Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services

Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results

Qualifications:

Proven sales track record, ideally in a technical product range

Experience selling to both commercial and military sectors

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Additional Skills:

Technical sales experience in EMI is advantageous

Self-motivated and results-driven approach

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise responsibilities

Outstanding teamwork skills
