What You'll Be Doing

Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Be the friendly face (and voice) of the office—answer calls, greet visitors, and direct enquiries
  • Package and ship orders like a pro
  • Help customers with questions, check stock, and create quotes
  • Process incoming orders using our system (SAP)
  • Keep everything up to date in our internal tools like eVE
  • Tackle admin tasks like ordering office supplies, helping with invoicing, and supporting the sales team
  • Pitch in when other team members are off—because teamwork makes the

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • You're confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Great at staying organised—even when juggling multiple tasks
  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right
  • Friendly, positive, and always ready to help
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with SAP or advanced Excel
  • Worked in a customer-facing or sales support role before
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths, Grade 5 or above
