Role Overview:

Full-time, term-time only position
Work 1:1 and in small groups with students across various subjects
Support students' progress and attainment
Assist with behaviour management and daily classroom activities
Collaborate closely with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 degree in a Core Subject from a leading UK university
Previous experience working with children is essential, ideally with SEN students
Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting children's learning and development
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
