Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 and with small groups of students, supporting their progress and attainment
Help manage behaviour in a positive and effective way
Collaborate with the SEN team to provide tailored support throughout the school day

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with Autism
Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in leading student support
