About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Labourer to join our team for an exciting project located in Bicester. This role involves working on a prison project, requiring a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various on-site tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Ensuring the site is kept clean and tidy.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Operating basic hand tools and machinery.
- Supporting skilled tradespeople as needed.
Requirements:
- Green CSCS Card:Mandatory for site access.
- Experience:Proven experience as a labourer in a construction environment.
- Background Checks:Must undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and EL1 Clearance. Candidates with a criminal record cannot be considered due to the nature of the project.
- Physical Fitness:Ability to perform manual labour tasks efficiently.
- Team Player:Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
