The company
Our client are a leading food manufacturer within their category and are based on a well invested site in York with other well invested sites throughout the country.
The Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager and as a key member of the site technical team, your tasks and responsibilities will be wide and varied using your knowledge of technical management systems to ensure that all products sold or purchased are of the nature, substance and quality expected, as well as ensuring the factory is audit ready at all times
The person
Our ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic and keen to progress within the company.
You will be good at building relationships internally and externally, have the ability to work quickly, accurately and safely and be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Ideally you will have Food Safety Level 3/4 and HACCP Level 3/4
Experience of working in a FMCG environment would be advantageous.
