Our client is a leading food manufacturer within their category and are based on a well invested site in York with other well invested sites throughout the country.

The Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager and as a key member of the site technical team, your tasks and responsibilities will be wide and varied using your knowledge of technical management systems to ensure that all products sold or purchased are of the nature, substance and quality expected, as well as ensuring the factory is audit ready at all times. Your contributions will directly impact the excellence of products enjoyed by consumers nationwide.
The person
Our ideal candite will have experience in a technical or quality assurance role within the food manufacturing industry, have a strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills and have effective communication and teamwork abilities.
This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food quality and safety, who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
