Working as part of a small team within a large finance department, you will play a pivotal role that serves as a bridge between customer service and finance.



Role Overview

Your commitment to delivering exceptional service to our Travel Counsellors will remain unwavering. In this VCC Analyst role, you will ensure that all virtual credit card payments to our external suppliers are reconciled and authorised with precision and promptness.

This meticulous financial management role is not only essential for our operations but also safeguards customer purchases. Beyond these financial duties, you will actively contribute to enhancing the customer experience by accurately updating customer records to reflect payments made.



Main Duties

  • Maintain the internal chat helpdesk and resolve logged tickets with user queries.
  • Resolve unmatched credit card transactions to complete reconciliations.
  • Reconcile multi-currency payments and calculate home currency equivalents.
  • Reconcile card statements and authorise transactions on client bookings.
  • Liaise internally with various departments and international head offices to resolve virtual credit card payment queries and discrepancies for external suppliers.
  • Create manual virtual credit cards.

Essential Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including a confident telephone manner

  • Must be a good organiser and able to cope with the demands of a fast-paced, busy department
  • Able to identify problems and have the ability to resolve them in an effective manner
