My client are a leading main building contractor, due to a number of large project wins they are looking for a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor. My client has a number of multi million pound large schemes, looking to strengthen the Site management teams.
You will have worked as a Senior Site Manager part of the Site management team delivering any schemes over 10million. As a Senior Site manager you will be responsible to manage all teams of trades of labour on large fast moving projects. Ensuring all site activity is running to the strictest health and safety standards.
My client has a number of complex conversions projects with details engineering and re structures. These range from 8million to 25million.
They also have several industrial new build projects so previous experience of these type of schemes would also be advantageous.
As a Senior Site Manager you will have experience delivering large design and build schemes running from conception through to completion. With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. Those with experience of internals experience would be particularly of interest.
They are looking for candidates with stable working history who are looking for longevity in a position. This company can offer you structure and progression as well as a competitive overall package.
To be considered you must hold the following:
- A valid CSCS Card
- A valid SMSTS Card
- First Aid
- Those who have CIOB or NVQ qualifications would have a distinct advantage.
