Job Term: Permanent

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 15:30

Pay: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour

Job Description: This is an opportunity to join a well established business. Your duties would involve the below:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Production Operatives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development.
  • Working alongside HR, support with employee relations within the team and conflict management.
  • Ensure all SOPs, training guides, visual aids & support materials are in use and signed off to drive continuous improvement, onboarding & retention of staff
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Monitor production processes and workflow to identify potential problems and implement improvements.
  • Liasing with the Operations Manager and the Planner, adjust production schedules as needed in response to unforeseen issues such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or employee challenges.
  • Ensure proper documentation of production activities and reports.
