MIG WELDER

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Mig Welder based in the heart of Staffordshire

This will be a full time Permanent Role working with Aluminium and Stainless Steel


Hour of work will be - Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced MIG Welder to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with high-quality materials, including Aluminium and Stainless Steel, and will be an integral part of a leading-edge manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding tasks on Aluminium and Stainless Steel materials using hand power tools and welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and welding.
  • Weld and fabricate metal components in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain and repair welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate overhead cranes to move heavy products and materials as required during the manufacturing process.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator.
  • Proficiency in various MIG welding techniques and practices.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer practical solutions.
  • Flexibility with working hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to work methodically and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
