Description
- Manage accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
- Develop financial strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Supervise financial data collection and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial forecasts and budgets
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Ensure all accounting processes align with company policies and regulations
- Lead the accounting & finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Use financial data to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Offer
