Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our dynamic team as Business Development Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales in Real Estate and Finance and a desire to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing client relationships, offering tailored solutions that provide significant returns on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospective Client Outreach:
  • Make outgoing calls to prospective clients, introducing them to NCAPs services and investment opportunities.
  • Qualify potential investors by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, acting as their primary contact for investment advice.
  • Provide tailored guidance, ensuring that client portfolios align with their short and long-term financial objectives.
  • Client Meetings & Consultations:
  • Schedule, arrange, and eventually participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to discuss investment opportunities and strategies.
  • Present customised solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and potential returns on investment.
  • Support senior advisors during complex client consultations, gaining insight into high-level financial and real estate strategies and negotiations.
  • Value Addition:
  • Collaborate with research and investment teams to identify products and strategies that add value to client portfolios.
  • Help prepare clients in-depth analysis and reports on investment options.
  • Sales & Marketing Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote NCAPs products and services.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and online content, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential investors.
  • Participate in digital marketing efforts, using social media and other platforms to reach a broader audience of prospective clients.
  • Continuous Learning & Development:
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with financial market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
  • Attend industry seminars, workshops, and conferences to broaden your knowledge and network with other professionals.
  • Regularly review market data and reports to deepen your understanding of global investment strategies and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in finance, economics, real estate or related fields.
  • We will consider candidates without a degree if they can demonstrate a strong sales background.
  • Passion for sales and an interest in global financial markets and real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate internationally as the role progresses but not a requirement.
