HR Systems and Insights Advisor - Education Sector - Uxbridge - c£37,000This is an exciting new role with the organisation and will be responsible for implementing a new HR and Payroll System (Civica). You will play a key role in optimising the use of People systems and data analytics. Your will key accountabilities will include:-

  • Overseeing the collection, maintenance and integrity of all HR related data
  • Developing and distributing People reports and dashboards for senior management
  • Providing in depth analysis of People data to identify trends and risks
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR data processes and improve data efficiencies

You should have a track record of managing and improving HR Information Systems in large complex organisations. Experience of working with Civica would be advantageous but is not essential. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills need to be combined with an eye for detail.
