Process Data LeadUxbridge£50-60K per annum

My client is seeking an experienced Process data lead to join their team in Uxbridge. You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across the organisation managing the Sales Excellence and Process Improvement functions. You will be responsible for managing their data to regulations and to manage the ongoing ISO accreditation. You will:

  • Be the key CRM user and representative on the companies’ Sales Process
  • Drive Sales Excellence objectives and deliver on all goals
  • Maintain & improve the customer master data
  • Produce and distribute CRM reports for the Sales team
  • Maintain and manage the GDPR & Data Protection Policy in line with GDPR requirements
  • Produce EPR reporting
  • Manage process assessment
  • Manage the process mapping
  • Continuously review and improve processes
  • Manage internal audits & corrective action requests
  • Manage the business process mapping and re-engineering
  • Manage all external audits
  • Create & publish quarterly management reports
  • Assist in local project management

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a relevant university degree
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a process improvement role
  • Have organisational and project planning experience
  • Have business & CRM process experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to work with & contribute to strategic steering groups
  • Have Data Protection & GDPR experience
  • Be an ISO accredited internal auditor (9001)
