The company based in the Uxbridge area, are an established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. They predominantly operate within the Commercial and Office Fit sectors, with typical project values ranging from 100k up to 1m, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Duties:

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
• Design review
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour
• Technical Submittals
• Overall Cost Management
• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
• Reporting into the Directors

Experience Required:

• Significant experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Contracts Manager, MEP Project Manager
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Mechanical commercial / office fit out projects

Remuneration Package:

67,000 to 72,000 according to experience, plus travel expenses and benefits.
