Package - £36,000 Per Anmum DOE.

Working in over 100 countries worldwide, with over 100 employees in the UK. Their product range is varied and can be found in most establishments across the foodservice sector including QSR, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes. Due to fantastic growth and a highly successful 2023/24, we are seeking to add an experienced engineer trainer to their service team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Engineer Trainer to take the lead in developing and delivering technical training programmes for professional coffee and beverage equipment. The role involves creating engaging and effective training sessions to equip field engineers and technicians with the skills needed to install, maintain, and repair advanced machinery. You will also provide hands-on support, troubleshooting guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others. The Person
