A leading global company are currently looking for an Italian Executive Assistant to support their Executive Leader.
This role will be office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office. However, you must be flexible as there could be occasional weekend/evenings work if needed.
Coupled with prior EA experience, you will be a natural organiser and planner who is comfortable working independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management, travel arrangements and personal administration for the senior executives
- Preparing the daily schedules whilst ensuring deadlines are being followed through
- Expense monitoring, filing and managing
- Ad-hoc duties when required, dealing with deliveries, purchases and other office administration tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Flexibility to travel occasionally
