- Support the Chief Management Accountant in developing the management accounting function:
- Ensure accurate cost reflection in the accounting system
- Investigate variances and recommend corrective actions
- Provide accurate cost information for decision-makers
- Play a key role in the budget setting process, working with all departments on annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Support the continuous improvement of product standard cost setting and overhead rate calculations.
- Manage and develop the company's fixed asset register and asset purchase systems.
- Contribute significantly to month-end and year-end close processes, supporting both financial and management accounting teams.
- Analyse GRNI balances and provide support and guidance in managing automated accounts payable system.
- Collaborate with non-finance departments to ensure correct transaction processes and maintain financial information integrity.
