We are looking for an experienced practice Audit and Accounts Manager to work within a team of managers. The role is 75% audit and 25% accounting, handling a diverse portfolio of around 50 large clients. Duties will include: 
  • Managing audit and accounting assignments for the client portfolio 
  • Liaising with a range of clients and and working to deadlines
  • Supervising and reviewing staff workflow for audit production
  • Attending client meetings, liaising at Director level
  • Reviewing accounts 
  • Developing new business including networking and client proposals
  • Developing junior members of the team
Core Skills
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with experience of FRS102
  • Proven technical auditing skills
  • Experienced in managing the audit process from planning to completion of financial statements
  • Strong IT skills including accounting packages
