Job Purpose
  • Manage a varied client portfolio, monitoring WIP, deadlines, and budgets
  • Preparation and review of year-end accounts
  • Preparation of accounts for Limited companies, under FRS105 and FRS102(1A)
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Preparation and review of corporate tax returns and tax computations
  • Review of VAT returns and bookkeeping prepared by junior staff
  • Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, dealing with day-to-day matters
  • Mentor junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training
  • Escalate complex queries to a partner and work closely with them to problem solve
  • Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery
  • Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager

  • ACCA / ACA qualified or soon to be qualified
  • A minimum of three years’ UK practice experience
  • Qualified by extensive experience would also be considered
