Our client is seeking an administrator to join their HR team on a 10 week fixed-term contract. The company operates several high-profile event sites in Central London, with its head office located in Uxbridge. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry, providing services for large-scale music concerts and sporting events in London.

The role involves supporting the HR Director during a period of organisational change, particularly assisting with the implementation of thier HR system, Workday. Key responsibilities will include transferring confidential information from one system to another. This will require great attention to detail, working in a confidential manner, whilst working within an established HR team. This may suit someone from an HR background, data audit or systems data transfer.

The contract is set for an initial 10 week period taking the contract through to Christmas, with an ideal start date as soon as possible. The salary is up to £30,000 per annum, pro rata for the contract duration. This will be based in head office Monday to Friday as you need access to the data.
